My role is to support you as you move toward the changes you want in your life and relationships. Together, we focus on building skills that help you feel more confident, mindful, resilient, and compassionate toward yourself and the people around you.

I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your inner strength, develop self-trust, and grow your sense of self-love. Our work centers on helping you heal and move forward through whatever challenges you may be facing.

I regularly support clients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, body image concerns, addiction, relationship concerns, and personal identity. I also work with experiences that are harder to name—like feeling sad without knowing why, feeling “not good enough,” or feeling stuck and held back. Therapy can also focus on life transitions, relationship stress, everyday pressures, and learning practical coping strategies.

My counseling approach is person-centered and solution-focused, and I incorporate cognitive behavioral tools to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I believe strongly in the power of a trusting therapeutic relationship and the importance of confidentiality.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are a one-on-one space designed just for you. This therapeutic relationship creates a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment where you can talk openly, explore your concerns, understand your challenges, and work toward meaningful change.

Individual therapy can focus on many areas, including recovery from addiction, stress management, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, personal identity, and building self-trust and personal strength.

I use an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and solution-focused methods. Together with traditional talk therapy, these approaches support deep self-awareness, empowerment, and lasting personal growth.

Relationship Sessions

Relationship sessions bring you together with a partner, family member, child, or close friend in a supportive therapeutic space. These sessions are designed to strengthen communication, foster understanding, and create a safe, non-judgmental environment where everyone can feel heard.

Together, we work to recognize unhelpful interaction patterns, build empathy and communication skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.
